Privacy:

Great Divide is a small, family run snowsports area. A personal relationship with our customers forms the foundation of trust that is essential to us. When you become our customer and provide a credit card number, names of family members, sizes, addresses and the like necessary for us to serve you, we commit ourselves to respect your privacy and safeguard that information. In order to preserve that trust, Great Divide pledges to protect your privacy by adhering to the practices described below.

Our Privacy Pledge To You:

Protecting your privacy is important to Great Divide. We value the trust you have placed in us, and your continued confidence is important to us. As you review our pledge, please remember that:

We make safeguarding the information we gather about you a priority. We maintain security practices to keep personal information about you safe. We do not sell or share customer information with unrelated companies. When we believe that an unrelated company offers products or services that would be of interest to you, we may communicate to you about them. These companies will not learn about your relationship with us unless you respond to their offer.

We will call send you mail only to clarify information about services already purchased or to communicate with you from time-to-time general updates on products and services offered at our great place. You may remove yourself from our electronic or standard mail list by requesting us to do so.

What Personal Information Is, And How We Gather, Protect and Share It: Our pledge applies to personal information, which is nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing a product or service.

We may gather the following types of personal information about you:

1. Information about your identity, such as your name, address(es), and telephone number(s);

2. Information about your transactions with us, such as your payment history, credit card usage, and products and services purchased; and

3. Information necessary to provide a product or service and make correct adjustments such as name, age, height, weight, shoe size, skier type, dates when certain products or services are desired, etc.

Pass Reimbursement, Credit Policy: Although Great Divide Season Passes are sold on a non-refundable basis, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent full use of Season Passes. Therefore, we are prepared to consider the following options: 1. If a pass-holder is injured or becomes ill, or has a medical condition precluding the use of a pass, we will consider extending a credit or partial reimbursement, based on the price paid for the pass, less the daily ticket rate for available skiing days. The credit will only be available for the following season. 2. If a pass-holder is required to move to a location outside of a 100 mile radius from Helena, we will consider a credit or partial reimbursement, based on the price paid for the pass, less the daily ticket rate for available skiing days. A request should be accompanied by a letter/note from their attending physician for injuries or illness, or be accompanied by a letter/note from their employer for a change in residence, or copy of change of address notification through the Post Office. The request must occur during the same season that the pass is valid. There is a standard replacement cost of $20.00 for a Season Pass declared by the owner to have been irretrievably lost or destroyed. A passholder who has forgotten or temporarily misplaced a pass may receive a complementary daily ticket upon presentation of satisfactory identification.

Daily passes are sold on a non-refundable basis.

Other products or services are sold on a nonrefundable basis to be used within the applicable ski season only. Occasional credits may be granted for good cause shown prior to the use of a product or service.
